About Noya Rao - Palo Valador

Also known as the Tree of light, medicine of love, medicine for the heart
She is unconditional love energy - I see and feel her as a motherly, nurturing energy.
In my ceremonies, I received information that she is a communal tree who values abundance for all and equality amongst all beings
Her energy works on all levels: on our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies
She likes to be channelled through song, which is perfect for me because I love singing! It can come through me at any time on any given day.

My Personal Experience with Noya Rao

Working with Noya Rao is a commitment and dedication to love and to truth

I was called to do a Shipibo dieta (Sama), where you go into silence and isolation to develop a relationship with a plant spirit, with Noya Rao while living in Bali in May 2024.

I was going through deep shadow work at the time, looking into, uncovering, and accepting parts of my being that I never knew existed.

As dense layers of who I thought I was and how I thought I needed to live my life rooted in childhood were being removed, I felt Noya Rao's energy approach me and call me to leave my life in Bali and work with her in Peru.

Strangely, though I never heard of Noya Rao before that time, I felt a kinship with her energy, that it was very similar to my own spirit.

I felt a powerful, comforting sense of reassurance that everything was going to be ok and I'd be fully supported if I left Bali to pursue a dieta with her even though I was leaving a comfortable life and knew that my life would never be the same again.

This ongoing journey has not been easy but has been life changing and rewarding.

Here are some of my experiences working with Noya Rao thus far:

-Noya Rao has helped me get to the roots of anxieties I carry and expanded my window of tolerance when anxiety kicks in so I can change my behavior, to choose peace, and thought processes

- Transmuting old energies with her high vibrational light energy

- Seeing past and current experiences with clarity and with a lens of truth/love

- Opened me to emotions that I suppressed so I can feel and transmute them

- Expanded the range of emotions I feel, can hold in my body, and accept

- Helped me get to the root of self-judgment, shame, and resentment

- Opened me up to receiving love in different forms

- Opened me up to giving love again, opened me to others to experience reciprocity (give and take)

- Allowed me to see motives and truth behind my actions and thoughts

- Look at the world with more compassion and as a more loving, safer place

- Helped me recognize and respect my boundaries and others' too

- Helped me reconnect to my innate courage to speak up for myself and also listen to others from my heart

- Revealed more of my natural self and my wounded, created selves

- Helped heal and discover roots of self-comparison, grandiosity, and inferiority

- Getting in tune with the natural world, feeling connected to nature all around me - in a reciprocal relationship- and grounded

- Growing peace and harmony within myself and in the external world

- Taught me coexistence - I'm more accepting of different aspects within myself, have integrated them into my being, and feel more whole. Also co-existence with other people

- Taught me about inner and outer balance and flow

- Helped me become better at surrendering, trusting, and letting go

- Humility and also being confident in myself by helping me develop better self-esteem and self-image

- Helped build my acceptance muscle and live more honestly and truthfully because I'm unconditionally loved/lovable

- Helped me create a life that's true to me - shown me more of my true nature and what is and isn't in alignment with my true nature

- Helped me to get to the roots of and heal perfectionism

- Helped me be more compassionate towards myself and my humanness and compassionate towards others and their humanness

- Has shown me how I react to situations so I can respond instead of react
